The Sacrament of Holy Matrimony
Getting married is one of the most exciting times in a couple’s life together. Much has gone into your relationship already to bring you to this point, and the parish community of St. Columba's is honored to help you celebrate your wedding. As you come to the Church seeking to be married, you are asking God to enter into your relationship and bless your union together. St. Columba's is an ideal place for such a celebration: the wedding liturgy and the sacredness of our parish church provide a wonderful beginning for couples beginning their lives as husband and wife.
The first step in the marriage process is a meeting with the Rector, Father Tripp Norris. Weddings do require premarital counseling and this must be completed at least 60 days prior to the wedding, so it is always best to meet with the Rector 6-12 months in advance of your desired wedding date. To arrange this meeting, contact the parish office (770) 888-4464 and speak with Father Tripp.
