“Being the Body of Christ in the World”
Discovering Our Calling in the World Through St Paul’s Message to the Corinthians
What does it mean to live with the “mind of Christ” in a complex, divided world? In his letters to the Corinthians, St Paul offers concrete, practical guidance for how genuine faith reshapes the way we think, choose, and live. To have the mind of Christ is to see ourselves, our neighbors, and the world through the lens of Christ’s self-giving love. Rooted in Scripture and shaped by prayer, worship, and shared reflection, this way of life resists fear, selfishness, and division, and instead forms communities marked by humility, peace, and hope. Our January short, lively Bible study will invite us to listen together to St Paul’s witness and to discern how his vision speaks to modern discipleship—helping us live faithfully and thoughtfully as followers of Christ within the life of the Church and for the sake of the world. All are welcome!
